Please read the following carefully before using StopRun. By accepting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
StopRun is an independent, third-party interface that connects to your existing broker account. StopRun is not a broker, does not hold client funds, and is not regulated as a financial services provider. Nothing in this software constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are yours alone.
CFDs and spread betting are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You should consider whether you understand how these instruments work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Stop-loss, take-profit, breakeven protection, and trailing stop features are executed on a best-effort basis. Slippage, market gaps, API outages, connectivity issues, or software errors may prevent or delay execution. StopRun does not guarantee that any order or modification will be executed at the requested price or at all.
Automated position management features (breakeven protection, trailing stops, strategy execution) may malfunction, execute incorrectly, or fail silently. You are solely responsible for monitoring your positions and account at all times. Do not rely on automation as a substitute for active supervision.
Prices, P/L, account balances, and other data displayed in StopRun are sourced from your broker and shown as-is. StopRun does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Always verify critical information directly with your broker.
StopRun is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any broker. Your broker relationship, account terms, and regulatory protections are between you and your broker.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StopRun and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or system failures.
